About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished  Key Account Manager (Large Format Retail)  to lead and manage national partnerships with leading  fashion and lifestyle retail chains  across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening brand visibility, and ensuring premium positioning across  modern trade and large format retail (LFR)  channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow strategic partnerships with  large format retailers  (e.g., Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Reliance Trends, Central, etc.).
Drive the  national sales and account strategy  to maximize revenue and brand presence.
Negotiate  annual contracts, trade terms, and promotional budgets  with retail partners.
Collaborate with  merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and finance  teams for seamless execution.
Ensure visibility and premium in-store presentation aligned with brand identity.
Track account performance, analyze sales trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Lead new product launches, promotions, and exclusive collaborations.
Manage regional account teams and align them with overall sales objectives.

Key Requirements:

10–20 years  of experience in  Key Account Management / Large Format Retail  within  Fashion, Apparel, Retail, or Luxury Goods .
Proven track record of managing  PAN India modern trade accounts  and achieving sales targets.
Strong  negotiation, analytical, and relationship management  skills.
Deep understanding of  fashion retail operations, category management, and merchandising .
MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
