Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring that the team meets sales goals, and providing leadership to the retail sales team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques to meet and exceed targets
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships
Commitment to enhancing Customer Experience through tailored service and solutions
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Relevant experience in the retail or electric mobility sector is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
