Customer Support Executive – Clothing Brand

Experience : 1–2 years or Fresher

We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our growing clothing brand team. If you love fashion, enjoy helping people, and have great communication skills, this role is for you!

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills (written & spoken English).

Problem-solving and a customer-first attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (emails, spreadsheets, CRM tools).

Interest in fashion/e-commerce is a plus.

What You'll Do:

Handle customer queries via email, chat, social media & calls.

Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product details.

Provide styling/sizing guidance to improve shopping experience.

Maintain customer satisfaction with timely and professional responses.
