Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Retail Salesperson. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for engaging customers, providing personalized shopping experiences, and showcasing product knowledge to meet customer needs. Daily tasks include assisting in identifying client preferences, recommending suitable products, closing sales transactions, and delivering exemplary customer service. The role also entails maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail space.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Retail Sales and an understanding of product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client queries and provide excellent experiences.
Aptitude for Sales, including negotiation, upselling, and building long-term customer relationships.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Prior experience in retail or a sales-related role is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is a plus.
