Position: Alliance & Partnerships - Payments and Loyalty
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic New Age projects:
To monitor new age trends in payment aggregator, lending
and loyalty space and driving new strategic initiatives
Loyalty Program Management:
Develop and manage credit card loyalty programs,
including rewards redemption, customer engagement strategies, and program
enhancements.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to Indian regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI
guidelines) related to credit card payments and loyalty programs.
Vendor Management:
Work with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and loyalty
program partners to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze transaction data, customer behavior, and loyalty
program performance to provide insights for business growth.
Customer

Experience:

Collaborate with customer service teams to handle escalations
related to payments and loyalty programs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Project Management:
Lead or support projects related to the introduction of new payment
solutions or enhancements in the loyalty space.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and
marketing teams to ensure alignment of payment and loyalty strategies with broader
business goals.
