Work Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Retail, Consumer Electronics, Mobile,

Telecom, or Technology companies.

Proven track record in Retail Marketing, BTL, and Catchment Area Marketing.
Experience working directly with retailers or franchisees to increase footfall and sales.

Skills & Attributes

Possesses strong command of English & Hindi language (written and verbal).
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and retail activation techniques.
Creative thinker with the ability to design impactful campaigns with limited budgets.
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and execution-focused.
Open to frequent travel across North India for on-ground implementation and

coordination.

Strong skills in planning, vendor negotiation, and performance analysis.
Collaborative team player with a result-oriented mind-set.
Ability to create impactful MIS reports and presentations with expertise in PowerPoint,

Excel, and reporting.
