Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pastry Chef role based in Gurugram. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating, preparing, and presenting a variety of baked goods and desserts, including cakes, pastries, and other artisanal treats. Responsibilities will include maintaining quality standards, innovating recipes, ensuring consistency across products, and managing production in a kitchen environment. The Pastry Chef will also oversee food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations to deliver exceptional culinary experiences aligned with the brand's vision.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Pastry and Baking techniques, with experience in preparing a diverse range of all patisserie and other baked goods.
Strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills to ensure high-quality and consistent outputs.
Comprehensive Culinary Skills including recipe development, artistry in presentation, and ingredient selection.
Knowledge of hygiene, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for pastry and confectionery.
Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing a kitchen team is a plus.
Culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent training in pastry arts is preferred.
