Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced chef - North Indian & Awadhi Cuisine to manage a kitchen section and ensure authentic preparation of traditional Indian dishes with consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle North Indian & Awadhi kitchen section independently
Prepare gravies, curries, and breads as per standard recipes
Maintain consistency, portion control, and food quality
Supervise commis chefs and daily mise-en-place
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cost control
