Years of experience :
Should have 2 - 4 years of relevant experience post qualification.
Nature of experience :
Knowledge of manufacturing process:
Sheet metal, Welding, Forging, Heat Treatment, Assembly Operations and their Process related controls.
Nature of Work :
New product Development Inspection, testing & complete evaluation Vendor process stabilization for consistent quality for following parts.
Suspension Parts - Axle, Suspension Frame, Front Strut, Shocker, Suspension Arm, Coil Spring, Stabilizer Bar, Suspension Sheet metal Parts
Line parts quality concern analysis & countermeasure implementation
Industry preference:
Automobile Industry
Development (Inspection & Evaluation) of Quality parts
Line parts quality concern analysis & countermeasure implementation
New Initiative for Quality Part Development (defect free parts development)
Capability & skill development.
In depth knowledge of Suspension parts (Functioning, Key performance parameters)
Good knowledge of the Production Process for these parts (Including Quality controls)
Knowledge of PFMEA
Analysis and root cause identification of Quality issues of such parts.
Knowledge and practical application of Quality Control Tools like SPC, Six Sigma etc
Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc).
Hands on experience on UG / CAD / SCAD.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in lean, multi tasking environment.
Ability to handle the part & situation independently
