Maintenance Shift Incharge

Enforce safety, regulatory, and Maruti guidelines during all maintenance operations
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and checklists; ensure adherence
Plan and manage shift rotations, weekly offs, and ensure resource optimization for both production and non-production days
Lead daily execution of maintenance activities, monitor progress, and escalate as needed
Plan and supervise Sunday/holiday maintenance tasks under approved systems (WPC/Pre-KY/KY)
Communicate management policies and feedback; escalate team issues (IR, material, training) timely
Train and motivate team members toward continuous improvement
Technical Competencies Strong grasp of production processes, machinery schematics, and workflows
Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
Knowledge of instrumentation, calibration tools, power systems, and electronics
Familiarity with MTTR, MTBF, FMEA, and structured problem-solving (Why-Why analysis, QC tools)
Appreciation for process quality, energy optimization, and CO₂ & cost-reduction strategies
Specialized Technical Skills Proficiency in Mitsubishi PLC programming:
Data instructions, indexing, buffer processing
Hands-on with PLC networking (Ethernet, CC-Link, QD/AD cards, FR/MR configurators)
Integration expertise with SCADA, HMI, and control algorithm development
Deep troubleshooting experience with servo motors, VFDs, and multi-domain systems (Pneumatic/Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic)
Fluency in technical drawing interpretation for maintenance diagnostics
Strength in automation systems, including robotics, interlocks, I/O optimization
Knowledge of vision systems (Keyence, Omron), AI-based decision tools, Power BI dashboards, and DBMS/networking
Leadership & Management Proven ability to lead, guide, and motivate maintenance teams
Strong communicator across hierarchical levels and functions
Skilled in problem analysis, decision-making, and team coordination
Expertise in scheduling and workforce management
Well-versed in IR engagement and conflict resolution
Soft Skills Collaborative mindset and comfort with cross-functional teams
Adaptable and proactive in dynamic manufacturing environments
Effective under pressure; balances technical urgency with safety
Advocate of continuous improvement and efficiency-driven mindset
