Area Supervisor; Female - Assembly, Manesar

Position: Area Supervisor (Female) - Assembly, Manesar
Ensure workplace safety, including adherence to PPE, safety standards, and rules.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to prevent defects and maintain quality.
Achieve key area KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Production, and Cost.
Plan and manage manpower effectively.
Train new employees according to defined standards.
Maintain and continuously improve 5S in the workplace.
Conduct regular process audits.
Monitor defects, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings to responsible departments.
Ensure manpower discipline and compliance with organizational rules.
Handle conflict resolution and Industrial Relations (IR) issues.
Counsel and mentor manpower; support issue resolution at the team level.
Apply knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (Environment, Health & Safety) standards in daily operations.
Utilize tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, QC tools, and apply strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills    Proficiency in  MS Excel ,  PowerPoint , and  QC Tools .
Strong  problem-solving  and  communication skills  (in both Hindi and English).
Basic understanding of  quality ,  environment , and  safety management systems  (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Behavioral Requirements    Willingness to  work in rotating shifts (A/B) .
Comfortable with  standing job roles  for up to 8 hours daily.
Willing to perform  physical tasks  in a production environment.
Ability to  supervise, be supervised by, and work with male workforce .
Able to work under pressure in  high-volume production areas  and meet strict targets.
Strong  team player  with effective communication skills.
