Lead creation and management of a forward-looking roadmap for ADAS technologies, including adaptive cruise control, AEB, LKA, blind-spot detection, traffic sign recognition, and autonomous features.
Portfolio Alignment:
Align ADAS feature strategy with the broader vehicle product plan across entry-level to premium segments for consistent technology evolution.
Technology Scouting & Trend Integration:
Identify emerging trends and latent consumer needs, incorporating advanced tech like V2X, autonomous systems, and predictive safety into long-term strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Software Development, Safety, UX/UI, and Product Planning teams to ensure seamless integration of ADAS technologies.
Customization & Scalability:
Tailor ADAS implementations for individual vehicle lines to balance feature complexity, cost, and customer expectations while ensuring scalability.
Market & Regulatory Adaptation:
Coordinate with global and regional product teams to adapt ADAS offerings for diverse market regulations and user needs.
Launch Coordination:
Act as the bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring ADAS features meet product launch schedules and customer value objectives.
Domain Knowledge & Tools Understanding of macroeconomic factors affecting passenger car markets
Knowledge of model development timelines and gate processes
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Competent in business portfolio and financial analysis of OEMs
Ability to evaluate products based on cost, performance, and value

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Exposure to consumer behavior analysis and translating user voice into technical specifications
Familiarity with data analytics applications in automotive product planning
