About

The Role

To lead and manage the RTPF (Return Tube Plate Fin) heat exchanger manufacturing shop, ensuring safe operations, high-quality output, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement through robust process control and team leadership.

Role Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production of RTPF heat exchangers as per demand plan.
Ensure achievement of production targets with optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Coordinate with PPC, supply chain, and maintenance teams to avoid production bottlenecks.
Ensure adherence to approved process parameters, SOPs, and control plans.
Ensure compliance to product quality standards, drawings, and customer specifications
Ensure strict compliance with EHS standards and promote a zero-accident culture.
Drive performance through goal setting, reviews, skill development, and training
Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Identify and implement cost-reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Experience:

10–15 years in heat exchanger / coil manufacturing,
Technical

Skills:

RTPF heat exchanger processes, manufacturing drawings, quality tools, Lean/TPM
Behavioral

Skills:

Strong leadership, problem-solving, data-driven decision making, communication
