Senior Manager Tool Design and Development

We are seeking a highly experienced  Senior Manager - Tool Design and Development  with extensive expertise in  sheet metal components . The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for the entire tooling lifecycle, from concept design to final 2D & 3D development. This role requires in-depth knowledge of various press tools and a proven ability to lead the design and process planning for complex tandem and progressive tools.

Key Responsibilities     Concept & Tooling Design:  Lead the  Concept Design of Tooling . You will be responsible for the detailed  Tool Design of Tandem, Progressive tools  in both  2D & 3D .
Process Planning:  Develop and optimize the  Process Plan of sheet metal components  in  2D & 3D .
Press Tool Expertise:  Oversee the design of different types of  Press Tools , including  Blanking, Progressive, Compound, Forming, Bending, Draw , and  Trimming  tools.
Team Leadership:  Guide and mentor a team of designers, ensuring all designs meet quality, efficiency, and manufacturability standards.
Qualifications    Proven experience in a senior leadership role in  Tool Design and Development .
Extensive background in the design of  sheet metal components .
Expertise in designing various  Press Tools , including progressive and tandem tools.
Strong proficiency in  2D & 3D design software .
Skills    Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Deep knowledge of sheet metal forming processes and tooling principles.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
