Assistant Manager-PPC; Sheet Metal

Position: Assistant Manager-PPC(Sheet Metal)
We are seeking a proactive  Assistant Manager - PPC (Production Planning and Control)  with a background in  sheet metal . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly production plans, coordinating with the supply chain, and ensuring on-time delivery to all customers. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with  MRP (Material Requirements Planning)  and  SAP  to optimize production schedules and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities     Planning & Scheduling:  Prepare the  monthly plan to run the MRP . You will also be responsible for creating and analyzing  Plan vs. Actual  data in  SAP .
Materials Coordination:  Prepare  RM (Raw Material)  and  BOP (Bought Out Parts)  requirements and  coordinate with SCM (Supply Chain Management)  to ensure a seamless flow of materials.
Delivery & Customer Service:  Ensure  on-time delivery  to all  domestic and export Customers , maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting:  Prepare  MCM (Material Consumption Monitoring)  data and review it with the manufacturing head to identify areas for improvement and control costs.
Qualifications    Proven experience as an  Assistant Manager - PPC  or in a similar role.
Strong background in  sheet metal manufacturing .
Expertise in preparing and running  MRP .
Hands-on experience with  SAP  for planning and analysis.
Skills    Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills for data preparation and review.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
The ability to manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
