Sr. Engineer - Assembly; Blow moulding

Position: Sr. Engineer - Assembly(Blow moulding)
We are seeking a highly motivated  Sr. Engineer - Assembly  with expertise in  Blow Moulding  production lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production, monitoring and analyzing rejections, and managing all related production data. You will play a crucial role in manpower handling, daily production planning, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the assembly lines.

Key Responsibilities     Production Management:  Oversee the daily  production of Assembly lines for blow moulding . You will be responsible for  Daily Production Planning  and ensuring targets are met.
Quality & Analysis:  Conduct  Daily rejection Monitoring & analysis , specifically addressing findings in 'Cabage meetings' (likely a reference to a daily review or rejection analysis meeting).
Data Management & Reporting:  Possess strong  Data Management skills , including proficiency in  MIS (Management Information System) ,  PPT (PowerPoint) , and handling day-to-day production data.
Team Leadership:  Take responsibility for  Manpower Handling , ensuring efficient deployment and management of the assembly team.
Qualifications    Proven experience as an  Sr. Engineer  or similar role in  Blow Moulding assembly production .
Strong background in  daily rejection monitoring & analysis .
Proficiency in  Data Management  tools such as  MIS  and  PPT .
Experience in  manpower handling  and  daily production planning .
Skills    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for production and rejection analysis.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in data organization and presentation.
Effective communication skills for daily meetings and reporting.
