Senior Team Member- Procurement

Coordinate with Production, Stores, and User Departments to forecast and plan material requirements accurately
Ensure timely creation, release, and follow-up of purchase requisitions and approvals
Review MRP reports to identify shortages, delays, and critical material requirements
Prioritize procurement of critical items to avoid production interruptions
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials as per agreed schedules
Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and resolve supply-related issues or bottlenecks
Support vendor performance evaluation and supplier coordination initiatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase plans, schedules, and material status
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on material availability and procurement planning
Highlight material risks, shortages, and critical issues to the Procurement Manager proactively
Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Stores teams to ensure planning accuracy
Participate in cross-functional review meetings related to material readiness
Ensure procurement and planning activities adhere to internal policies and procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain planning
