Nature of experience :
Knowledge of manufacturing process of Plastic molding & rubber parts.
vPart & Process evaluations preferable for new product development.
vAnalysis of Part Quality issues & countermeasure planning.
vNew product development activity planning.
Industry preference:
Automobile Industry/ Plastic tool rooms
Root cause analysis and countermeasure planning:
Plastics and rubber parts.
(New development & Regular mass production)
Planning for zero defect production lines setup EA and required actions planning with vendors.
Advance Quality planning for new parts development.
Capability & Skill development.
In depth knowledge of rubber & plastic moulding manufacturing process and best practices in similar industry.
Expertise in checking fixture design & concept generation.
Good understanding of raw material spec & usage areas.
Knowledge of testing standards (IS / JIS / JASO / SES Etc.).
Analysis and root cause identification of Quality issues of plastic & rubber parts .
Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma.
Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc.).
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in lean , multi-tasking environment.
Ability to handle product development & production issues independently.
(4-wheeler / LCV / 2-Wheeler) & Electrical OEM Suppliers.
