Knowledge of manufacturing process of Sheet metal parts BIW part evaluation & failure analysis. Technical guidance to vendor for Sheet metal parts manufacturing process. Sheet metal stamping , welding and material technical know how should be available. Part & Process evaluations preferable for new product development. Planning for zero defect production lines setup EA and required actions planning with vendors.

Advance Quality planning for new parts development. Analysis of part quality issues & countermeasure planning for mass production models
