Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily ice cream production operations
Manage and lead a team of 20+ staff
Ensure adherence to FSSAI regulations and food safety standards
Maintain cold chain best practices throughout production and distribution
Handle inventory, sourcing, and production planning
Generate and analyze basic reports (Excel, Word)
Skills &
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of FSSAI requirements, HACCP, or other local food safety standards
Experience in cold chain manufacturing
Proven leadership skills and team management
Basic computer proficiency (emails, reporting, inventory tools)
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
Background in scaling production processes
Experience in training junior chefs or new hires
Understanding of cost control
Strong background in Quality Control and sanitation protocols
Handling and documenting food audits and inspections
