Role Overview
Play a critical role in driving and overseeing healthcare transformation initiatives
Collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall digital transformation strategy aligned with company and client objectives
Drive and manage execution of transformation programs, including:
Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Engage clients to lead transformation program management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
Identify process improvements
Drive operational efficiencies
Enhance customer experience
Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure delivery of key milestones and outcomes
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and effective change management
Promote adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication and alignment
Manage partners and sub-vendors
Bring deep healthcare expertise, especially in the healthcare provider space
Participate in healthcare capability development, RFPs, and RFIs
