Skills and Qualifications
17-27 years of experience in training and development or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with performance management systems and evaluation metrics.
