Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to oversee
and support our outbound sales representatives. In this role, you will lead a team of sales
professionals responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales
targets. You'll be expected to drive team performance through coaching, training, and
motivation, ensuring that KPIs and targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of outbound sales representatives.

• Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies and scripts.

• Monitor team performance daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring achievement of
individual and team KPIs.

• Conduct regular training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews.

• Support the team with complex sales negotiations and customer handling when
required.

• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards.

• Drive motivation, engagement, and a positive team culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong understanding of sales metrics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot,
Zoho).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team to high performance.

Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not
mandatory).
