Digital​/Recurring Services Business Development Leader

Mission   Drive Recurring & Digital Services business development and performance in the EAJ/Pacific Zone through the Services organization or other Business Units (BUs).
Drive transformation in each country across all streams (marketing, sales, tendering, execution, customer success management).

Key Responsibilities   Drive the Digital Services (DS) business and recurring development within the organization (Greenfield, Partners, etc.).
Understand recurring business roadblocks for each country and drive action plans to resolve them.
Drive SCALE meetings (transformation calls) and act upon agreed actions.
Coordinate/close the loop between all streams (ensuring tendering, execution, and Customer Success Management efficiency + marketing) to ensure successful transformation.
Drive Capex to Opex to Recurring transformation.
Share best practices from other countries globally.
Maintain close contact with customer needs & gather country feedback to challenge the offer development team for offer improvement.
Support the deployment of new processes and adoption of new offers (ESP, Ecocare).
Organize and animate digital and recurring offer trainings.
Reconcile Performance (YoY ARR), track/capture/renew, and build and drive action plans accordingly.
Profile / Skills   Bachelor's degree necessary.
Sales experience or marketing/transformation experience along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in services.
Previous experience in Operations (OPS), as well as a People Manager, is an advantage.
Strong leadership by influence skills.
Accountable, strategic/disruptive, and proactive mindset.
Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-moving and often-changing environment.
Strong knowledge of SE Eco Struxure Digital Offers & service plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
