Role Purpose
Join us as an Communication Skill Trainer and make an impact across India and six other countries!
Role
We're looking for a passionate professional who thrives on creating engaging learning experiences and driving capability development. In this role, you'll:
Lead induction sessions that set the tone for success
Champion regional upskilling and certification programs
Design tailor-made learning solutions that truly make a difference
Facilitate impactful sessions—virtual and live—focused on behavioural, managerial, and leadership growth
Collaborate with business leaders to elevate competencies and measure success

What We're Looking For
Graduate/master's degree with 10–12 years of experience (6–8 years in L&D)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal presence and ability to engage diverse audiences
Proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point
A team player with a passion for learning and development
