Role Summary
BOOTES is hiring a CEO to run the real estate development business end-to-end: strategy, P&L, land, product, sales, marketing, approvals, execution coordination, finance discipline, and brand trust. This role is accountable for building a predictable, scalable developer engine, not a one-project-at-a-time hustle.
You will own the full lifecycle: land → feasibility → approvals → design/product → launch → sales → construction governance → handover → customer experience.
Role & responsibilities
· Oversee end-to-end real estate development, including land acquisition, project planning. construction, and sales for multi-storey buildings.
· Lead authority dealings with state development authorities, municipal corporations, tehsil offices, and other regulatory bodies to secure approvals, permits, and clearances.
· Develop and execute marketing/ sales strategies for real estate projects to achieve revenue targets.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate measurements, valuations, and project timelines.
· Build, handle, and manage teams of employees and workforce; resolve internal and external disputes effectively
· Monitor project budgets, risks, and timelines, prepare reports for senior management.
· Foster a productive work environment through leadership, training, and conflict resolution.
Required Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum 15+ years in real estate development, with 5+ years in multi-storey building projects (proven track record in India preferred).
· UG:
Any Graduate, PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
Candidate profile
· Obtaining approvals, sanctions, NOCs, and licenses required for real estate and construction projects.
· Reviewing land valuation reports, feasibility studies, DPRs, and layouts
· Hands-on coordination with valuers, surveyors, legal experts, and technical teams.
· Handling and supervising strongly teams of employees, supervisors, contractors, and site
· Resolving internal workforce issues and maintaining smooth coordination between departments
· Workforce planning, task allocation, discipline management, and productivity improvement.
· Project management skills, knowledge of RERA compliance, building codes and bye-laws. and environmental clearances.
· Financial acumen for budgeting, funding, and ROI analysis.
· Leadership and team-building capabilities, strategic planning for business growth.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
Build sales teams for undertaking the sales of the Real Estate projects within the company and through alternate channel
