Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Housekeeper. The Housekeeper will handle daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, common areas, and work spaces, managing laundry needs, and restocking supplies as necessary. They will ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with requests and maintaining open communication. Additionally, the individual will be accountable for adhering to organizational standards and procedures while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Laundry tasks, with attention to cleanliness and detail
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
Effective Organization Skills for managing tasks, schedules, and supplies
Willingness to participate in Training to improve skills and maintain service quality
Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Prior housekeeping or facility management experience is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
