We are seeking a proactive  Fleet Management Specialist  to manage our fleet operations across India. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective utilization, compliance, and administration of over 800 vehicles by coordinating with both internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and will be at the center of a large-scale operation, driving operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities   Manage a fleet of over 800 vehicles across India, ensuring optimum utilization and operational efficiency.
Ensure all vehicle lease contracts are up-to-date and oversee timely vehicle deliveries and replacements.
Act as the primary contact for resolving fleet-related issues and escalations in coordination with leasing partners.
Validate and process monthly leasing invoices and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely payments.
Maintain a database of valid driving licenses and perform quarterly compliance audits.
Plan and forecast fleet requirements in line with business needs and coordinate vehicle allocations accordingly.
Manage fuel card distribution and monitor fuel expenses, submitting monthly reports to Finance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for  RTO (Regional Transport Office)  documentation and end-of-lease processes.
Organize regular review meetings with leasing partners and reconcile accounts quarterly.
Maintain fleet data in the internal system ( OnTrack ) and ensure its accuracy.
Skills Required   A graduate or postgraduate degree.
Experience in fleet management or a related operational function.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams and partners.
An analytical mindset with proficiency in  data management  and reporting.
Proficiency in working with fleet management tools/software and  MS Office  applications.
The ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships across the country.
