Role Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive who will manage day-to-day operational activities including order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory management, and shipping label generation, ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle end-to-end order processing and dispatch operations
● Generate shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips accurately
● Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries
● Maintain and update inventory records, stock movement, and availability
● Ensure correct packing, tagging, and labeling of products before dispatch
● Track dispatched orders and resolve delivery-related issues
● Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies
● Maintain proper documentation for orders, returns, and exchanges
● Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
● Experience in operations, order fulfillment, or warehouse coordination
● Hands-on experience with inventory management systems or Excel
● Knowledge of label generation, dispatch workflows, and logistics coordination
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
