Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution. The role will focus on forecasting, inventory optimization, consumption tracking, and stock management to ensure seamless operations across locations while driving efficiency and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure uninterrupted availability of materials.
Oversee inventory management across warehouses and locations to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.
Monitor and control consumption management to improve usage efficiency and cost control.
Manage end-to-end stock management, including replenishment, ageing analysis, and reconciliation.
Develop and implement SOPs for supply chain processes and compliance.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment.
Lead, mentor, and manage supply chain teams, ensuring performance and process excellence.
Analyse data and MIS reports to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong expertise in forecasting, inventory planning, and stock control.
Experience with ERP / inventory management systems.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Managerial & Leadership Skills
Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Key Deliverables
Accurate demand forecasts and inventory plans.
Optimized inventory levels with reduced stock-outs and excess inventory.
Improved consumption efficiency and cost savings.
Robust MIS and performance dashboards.
Streamlined supply chain processes aligned with business goals.
Preferred Profile
Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in high-growth, multi-location operations.
Prior exposure to healthcare or diagnostics industry is an added advantage.
