We are looking for a   Supply Chain Associate   who thrives in execution, enjoys structured coordination, and has a zero-error approach to documentation and shipment handling.

The Role:

Supply Chain Associate
You will be responsible for the   end-to-end execution of inbound and outbound shipments  , ensuring reliability, accuracy, and smooth coordination across suppliers, forwarders, CHAs, warehouses, and internal teams.
This is a high-ownership, detail-heavy role that sits at the heart of Nuuk's operations.

What You'll Do
1. Shipment Execution & Logistics Coordination    Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, CHAs, and warehouses for all shipments
Track shipping milestones across booking → stuffing → sailing → arrival → clearance → warehouse receipt
Maintain daily OTIF updates and proactively escalate risks or delays with data-backed communication

2. Import & Export Documentation    Handle documentation with   zero errors  :
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, Form E, BL/AWB, HS codes
Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and shared on time with relevant parties
Assist with customs clearance processes and maintain compliance-ready documentation

3. Data Management & Reporting    Maintain structured trackers for shipments, schedules, ETA changes, and logistics KPIs
Update MIS reports and ensure accurate visibility to the operations and leadership teams
Use Excel/Sheets to manage data, create basic dashboards, and track operational performance

4. Cross-Functional Coordination    Work with internal teams across product, sales, warehouse, and vendors to ensure smooth flow of goods
Ensure inventory visibility and support supply planning with execution accuracy
Act as the operational owner for all movement of goods (inbound + outbound)

Who You Are
Experience    3–4 years in   import operations, export documentation, freight coordination, or logistics execution
Experience working with freight forwarders, CHAs, or overseas suppliers
Exposure to appliances, electronics, auto components, or other import-driven categories is preferred

Skills    Strong understanding of logistics workflows
Excellent document handling (CI, PL, COO, HS codes, BL/AWB, etc.)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities, with ability to build trackers and maintain daily discipline
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders smoothly and professionally
Detail-obsessed; zero room for errors in documentation
High responsiveness and strong follow-through
Calm, structured communicator — especially under time-sensitive situations
Ownership-driven: flags risks early, takes accountability, moves with urgency
Fast learner with adaptability in changing freight, cost, or regulatory environments
