About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to support planning, inventory management, and coordination across our supply chain operations. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, this role is crucial for maintaining data accuracy, supporting demand forecasting, and ensuring smooth execution of supply and stock movement plans across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand & Inventory Coordination:
Assist in collecting, updating, and maintaining demand forecasts and sales plans in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.

Stock & Dispatch Monitoring:
Track inventory availability across warehouses, marketplaces, and the D2C website. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely stock transfers and dispatches.

Order Book Management:
Maintain and update the order tracker, prioritizing based on product availability, timelines, and business needs.

Data & Report Management:
Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly reports related to stock, dispatches, forecasts, and variances. Ensure data hygiene across trackers and tools.

Support in Sales Planning:
Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to prepare monthly sales vs. inventory plans and highlight potential gaps or risks.

Non-Moving Inventory Tracking:
Flag slow-moving or obsolete inventory, supporting commercial and planning teams with actionable insights.

Cross-Department Coordination:
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and marketplace teams to support smooth order fulfillment and operational flow.

Tool Management:
Maintain and update dashboards using Excel/Power BI under guidance, contributing to data visibility and planning accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in a supply chain, inventory planning, or operations role. Experience in the D2C, FMCG, or beauty industry is preferred.

Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
Working knowledge of ERP systems or inventory tools is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and process orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional team
Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination abilities
