- Role Overview :
We are looking for a Operations Executive who will own banner management, merchant offers execution, and product endorsements across Snapmint's Android App, iOS App and Website.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, publish, and optimize campaign banners across Android, iOS and Web platforms.
Execute seasonal/festival & monthly sale campaigns and promotional rollouts.
Ensure creative alignment with Sale calendar and brand guidelines.
Monitor banner performance and optimize placements.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and publishing of merchant offers and positioning.
Coordinate with CSM's for merchant offers and timely updates.
Track offer performance and recommend improvements.
Curate and manage featured products and endorsements
Optimize product placements based on performance metrics
Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing and Tech teams.
Ensure timely rollout of campaigns and visual updates.
Skills &
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in operations, fintech, NBFC, eCommerce, or payments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, basic reporting)
High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
