Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Executive to support the execution, enhancement, and scaling of our platforms as we strengthen our product driven operating model.

This role is ideal for early career product professionals who have strong fundamentals, high learning agility, and the desire to grow into an Product Manager role over time.

You will work closely with product managers, engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver features, improve workflows, and ensure smooth product operations.

This is a hands-on role focused on building product skills, understanding customers, and driving consistent execution outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Support & Execution

Support end to end delivery of features from requirement gathering, development coordination, testing, to final release
Assist in converting business, operational, and customer needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories
Maintain, groom, and regularly update product backlogs under guidance from senior product managers
Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure delivery alignment
Track development progress, dependencies, and risks, and proactively flag issues to stakeholders
Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post release validation activities

Customer & Usage Understanding

Collect, organize, and document customer feedback from support tickets, sales conversations, demos, and surveys
Analyze basic usage reports, dashboards, and product logs to understand user behavior and drop offs
Identify recurring user pain points, feature gaps, and usability challenges
Support usability testing sessions by preparing test cases, coordinating users, and documenting findings
Maintain structured repositories of customer issues, feature requests, and feedback themes

Platform & Process Improvement

Support continuous improvement of workflows, interfaces, and system processes based on feedback and data
Help document, standardize, and optimize frequently used workflows and operational use cases
Assist in identifying manual or repetitive processes and proposing automation or system enhancements
Support cleanup, refactoring, and optimization initiatives for legacy modules and technical debt
Participate in internal process improvement initiatives for better product delivery efficiency

Adoption & Engagement Support

Assist in designing, testing, and improving onboarding, activation, and feature discovery journeys
Track adoption, engagement, and usage metrics at feature and module levels
Support experiments, pilots, and A B tests aimed at improving retention and usage
Help create product walkthroughs, FAQs, demos, and enablement material for users and internal teams
Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure consistent product positioning

Product Documentation & Research

Create, update, and maintain PRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Prepare detailed release notes, change logs, and internal documentation for every major update
Conduct structured competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
Document workflows, system behavior, and edge cases for engineering and QA alignment
Support validation of assumptions through user feedback, data analysis, and pilot results
