We are looking for a VP - Supply to lead VDO.AI's supply-side growth by building strategic publisher partnerships, scaling revenue, and driving long-term monetization across digital and CTV ecosystems.
What will you do as VP - Supply :
Own and execute the supply-side strategy to drive revenue growth and scalability
Plan and achieve business targets through strong publisher acquisition and partnerships
Build long-term strategies for supply expansion and process improvement
Develop and manage senior relationships with key publisher accounts to ensure renewals and incremental revenue
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Ad Ops, Tech, Finance, Legal) to ensure alignment
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, account plans, and supply KPIs
Consistently meet and exceed company-level and individual goals
What are we looking for :
8–12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or supply partnerships within digital/ad tech (AdTech experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of digital, video, and CTV advertising, including programmatic ecosystems
Experience scaling supply partnerships in high-growth environments (1→100→1000 preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and related tools
