Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires across functions.
2.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin, and Business Teams) to ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
3.Handle pan-India travel for supporting mass onboarding/joining drives as required.
4.Maintain and update onboarding reports, trackers, and documentation.
5.Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new joiners.
6.Address employee queries during the onboarding process.

Additional

Skills:

1.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2.Ability to manage onboarding independently and multitask.
3.Proficiency in Excel and report preparation.
4.Willingness to travel across India as per business needs.
5.Prior HR/onboarding experience is a plus.
