About the Role
is looking for a driven professional to join the Life Insurance division as an Analytics Head. This role involves owning business strategy, product execution, and analytics with high visibility and impa ct.
Responsibilities
Work closely with business leadership to define and drive long-term business strategy.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to scale the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
Analyze data to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
Work with Product teams to streamline and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Master's degree in Management or a graduate degree from Tier-1 engineering institutions.
Experience in driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
Comfort working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Exposure to start-ups or high-growth companies is a plus.
