What Are We Looking For
We are looking for a  Chief of Staff  to work closely with the  CEO & the leadership team , driving high-impact strategic initiatives and leading the  Business Analytics and Program Management function . This role will be critical in  enhancing decision-making, streamlining operations, and driving data-driven growth  across the company.

Location:

Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week)

What Will You Do
Act as a  thought partner  to the CEO & leadership team, driving  company-wide strategic initiatives .
Define, track, and  own key business KPIs , ensuring execution of high-impact priorities.
Lead  special projects , including  investor relations, funding closure and business process optimization .
Prepare  executive reports, investor decks, and M  presentations .
Lead a centralized Analytics team , ensuring data-driven decision-making across the company.
Develop and track  key business metrics  (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, Expansion, etc.) to provide real-time insights.
Collaborate with  Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success  to generate insights that  drive revenue and efficiency .
Build and maintain  dashboards, reports, and forecasting models  for executive and functional teams.
Identify and implement  best industry practices  to enhance operational efficiency.
Automate reporting and analytics workflows to improve productivity and accuracy.
Standardize data collection, tracking, and governance across business functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive  alignment and execution .
Act as the  bridge between leadership and different business units , ensuring clear communication and execution.

What Will Make You Successful in This Role
Strategic Thinking:  Ability to connect high-level business goals with execution strategies.
Data-Driven Mindset:  Expertise in  analytics, SQL, and BI tools  (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Problem-Solving:  Structured approach to solving complex business challenges.
Leadership & Execution:  Experience in leading teams, driving large-scale initiatives, and executing keholder Management:  Strong communication and ability to align cross-functional teams towards business objectives.

What Will a Typical Quarter at Spyne Look Like
Quarterly Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
At the beginning of each quarter, we will define  OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)  to guide your focus and measure success.
Work closely with the CEO to drive  company-wide strategic initiatives .
Optimize  internal processes  to improve operational efficiency and execution.
Identify and implement  best industry practices  to enhance business decision-making.
Own and  track revenue growth  across different business verticals.
Create and maintain  real-time dashboards  to ensure visibility on key performance metrics.
Identify trends and  data-driven opportunities  to scale growth.
Identify skill gaps within the  Business Analytics team  and implement  upskilling initiatives .
Foster a culture of  data-driven decision-making  across the organization.
