Analyst - UK Fulfilment Ops

We're hiring a UK Fulfilment Operations Analyst to support global operations and liaise directly with international teams.
If you want to operate at global benchmarks, this is where it starts.

What You'll Do
Manage daily logistics workflows across global markets (UK, US, EU).
Coordinate with international warehouses, carriers, and internal teams for seamless dispatch and delivery.
Track shipments, resolve exceptions, and ensure tight SOP adherence.
Maintain logistics trackers, dashboards, and documentation with high accuracy.
Communicate frequently with global teams — verbal, written, and video calls — to support time-sensitive decisions.
Ensure operational issues are escalated and resolved with speed and clarity.

What We're Looking For
Exceptional conversational English  — confident, clear, and professional communication is  non-negotiable .
Ability to collaborate with  international teams  across time zones.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills —  competency will be tested .
Detail-oriented, organised, and process-driven mindset.
Ability to stay calm and think clearly in fast-paced logistical environments.
Fast learner with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
Must be Gurgaon-based or able to commute reliably (on-site only).

Preferred backgrounds:  Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, International Business, Commerce, Business Administration.
