We're building the  founding team for Accio Matrix  In-house built Assessment Platform.

What you'll do:

> Speak with founders and hiring teams to understand their hiring challenges
> Do thoughtful, research-based outreach via Linked In, email, and calls (no spam)
> Track conversations, learnings, and pipeline in CRM
> Share real market feedback with product and growth teams

Who this role is for:

> You're a self-starter and curious to learn sales & business development
> You're comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport
> You like improving things using data and feedback
> Interested in SaaS, startups, B2B sales, AI or hiring tech
Bonus if you're tech-inclined — not mandatory
