About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within our Dev Ops organization. This role requires strong technical acumen, program management expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure, and automated solutions for modern infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Dev Ops programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and SRE teams to define priorities, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
Roadmap & Planning: Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans for Dev Ops initiatives.
Process Optimization: Drive adoption of best practices in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and container orchestration.
Risk Management:
Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs for Dev Ops programs (e.g., deployment frequency, MTTR, pipeline efficiency) and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Technical Guidance: Understand Dev Ops tools and practices (Jenkins, Git Ops, Kubernetes, Kong, Kafka, Terraform, Ansible) to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical program management within large-scale engineering or Dev Ops environments.
Strong understanding of Dev Ops principles, CI/CD pipelines, on-premise environments, and containerization.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience with hybrid infrastructure.
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
Certifications:
PMP, SAFe, or Dev Ops-related certifications.
