Role Overview :
We are looking for a  results-driven Project Manager  who has led complex projects end-to-end, strengthened delivery processes, and improved operational efficiency. The ideal candidate comes from a  SaaS/startup background , is comfortable working with  cross-functional teams , and has experience handling  international clients .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to delivery and closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, data, and business teams to ensure smooth execution
Manage enterprise and international stakeholders, ensuring transparency, trust, and clear communication
Define project plans, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business goals
Deliver secure, scalable onboarding and platform initiatives to support enterprise adoption
Drive digital transformation initiatives to automate core operations and reduce manual effort
Build standardized dashboards, reporting frameworks, and documentation to track progress and performance
Run user trainings and create clear documentation to ensure adoption and long-term scalability
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and proactively resolve them
Follow agile best practices to improve delivery speed, predictability, and continuous improvement

Required

Skills & Experience:

Proven 3-5+ Years of experience as a  Project Manager in SaaS and startup environments
Strong track record of  leading projects, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency
Experience working with  enterprise and international clients
Hands-on exposure to  agile / scrum methodologies
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Experience working on digital transformation, automation, AI, or data-driven platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management certifications such as  PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent
Experience working on  enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, AI, blockchain, or automation-led products
Prior exposure to global teams and clients across US / Europe / other international markets
