Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data visualization, SQL, and Databricks to design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
Work with Databricks (Apache Spark) for data processing, transformation, and analytics
Build and optimize data models using Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of reports
Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data from data lakes and warehouses
Perform data validation and troubleshoot data-related issues
Maintain documentation for reports, datasets, and data models
Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders
Follow best practices for data governance, security, and performance tuning

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong experience with Power BI (Reports, Dashboards, DAX, Power Query)
Proficiency in SQL (complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning)

Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark
Good understanding of data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema)
Experience working with large datasets and data lakes
Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes
