Key Responsibilities /Accountabilities
Troubleshoot and support laptop and desktop hardware
Troubleshoot and support productivity tools (Office suite, MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat Reader, etc)
Troubleshoot and support printer hardware
Install software on end-user devices
Submit and resolve Service Desk Tickets via Odoo as per defined process
Liaise with IT Managed Service Providers to help resolve end-user issues
Assist with global IT initiatives
Assist with any racking of server and network hardware when needed
Assist with troubleshooting desktop and Jabber telephone issues
Support video conferences using MS Teams or Webex
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
4 years in Help Desk or IT department
Strong understanding of IT standards and service delivery processes/systems
Strong computer skills and general office applications
Familiar with multiple computer hardware vendors (Cisco, Dell, Aruba)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in English (speaking, reading and writing)
Self-starter, work independently with minimal supervision, be proactive and learn quickly
Customer-centric attitude; full ownership of end-user ticket
Proficient in IT customer service and end-user support
Experience with most common end-users' office software and hardware
Ensures that all quality requirements described in the QMS manuals are followed and any changes, as necessary, are reported thru change management procedure for continual improvement.
