Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer  to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing Service Now HRSD solutions, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize Service Now HRSD modules to meet business requirements.
Develop and implement workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom scripts in Service Now.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end HRSD solutions.
Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices while developing scalable and maintainable solutions.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing HRSD applications.
Stay updated with Service Now platform upgrades and new HRSD features.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing HRSD applications.
Proficiency in Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.), workflows, and integrations.
Good knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities and ITSM/HR best practices.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Service Now HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred).

Experience with other Service Now modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) is a plus.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and project delivery.
