Description
GSPANN is hiring an SAP Access Management Expert to lead access control strategy, user administration, and security compliance across SAP systems. The role involves managing SAP Access Control, IDM, and IAG while collaborating with auditors, business units, and IT teams to ensure secure and streamlined access.
Role and Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage SAP access controls and security configurations to safeguard business-critical systems.
Perform comprehensive user administration tasks within the SAP landscape, including account creation, deletion, locking/unlocking, and password management.
Monitor and audit user access activities regularly to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Resolve SAP access and security issues efficiently by identifying, tracking, and troubleshooting incidents.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to demonstrate SAP security practices and meet compliance objectives.
Deliver training sessions and raise awareness among users on SAP security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Document access control procedures, guidelines, and updates to maintain a reference framework for operational consistency.
Apply the latest SAP security patches promptly to protect systems from vulnerabilities.
Contribute to security strategy development, assisting in the formulation of robust SAP security policies and governance models.
Coordinate with business units to assess access needs and implement appropriate SAP access solutions.
Skills And Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Possess 6-10 years of experience in SAP Access Management, including hands-on exposure to SAP Access Control, SAP Identity Management (IDM), and SAP Identity and Access Governance (IAG).
Bring familiarity with data conversion tools like Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW).
Advise on process accountability, data monitoring, and exception tracking.
Optimize business performance through automation and simplification of technical workflows.
Have worked on at least two full-cycle SAP project implementations.
Demonstrate strong understanding of SAP systems and access control principles.
Show proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Communicate and present ideas effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
