Job Overview
We are looking for a  Performance Marketing Executive  with  2+ years  of hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns across different channels. The ideal candidate should have  strong analytical skills , a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of digital media platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads & other performance marketing channels. You will be responsible for optimizing campaign performance, driving quality leads, and improving ROI across all performance channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across  Google, Meta, You Tube, and other digital performance platforms  to achieve business KPIs.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CVR, CAC) and ensure budget efficiency.
Manage and optimize  audience targeting, ad creatives, copy, and landing pages  to improve quality scores and conversions.
Collaborate with creative, tech, and product teams to identify winning results.
Track and report campaign performance through tools like  Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards .
Identify and explore new paid channels, tools, and automation opportunities to scale performance.
Ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with overall brand and business goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum  2+ years of experience  in performance marketing
Hands-on experience with  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, & other performance channels .
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in  Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign reporting tools .
Understanding of lead generation, attribution models, and CRM integration.
Ability to handle large-scale campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
