Key Responsibilities:
Own full lifecycle delivery of technology projects, managing scope, timelines, quality, and risk.
Act as Scrum Master , facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with Frontend, Backend, QA, and Dev Ops teams to drive execution and resolve technical blockers.
Translate business requirements into technical scope, user stories, sprint goals, and delivery plans .
Participate in architecture discussions and solution design sessions.
Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, capacity).
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align stakeholders on project status.
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and delivery discipline.
Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release retrospectives.
Drive continuous improvement across engineering delivery processes and Agile practices .
