Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to empower students with the language skills required for international career opportunities. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality German language instruction up to the B1 level, preparing learners for Goethe-Institut examinations, and ensuring measurable progress in language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive German language training sessions for student batches.
- Design structured lesson plans and course materials aligned with the Goethe-Institute curriculum (up to B1 level).
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and interactive activities.
- Provide personalized feedback and academic support to help students overcome learning challenges.
- Create and maintain a motivating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Prepare students effectively for Goethe-Institut examinations (up to B1 level).
- Maintain accurate student performance records and submit periodic progress reports.

Key Requirements
- C1 Level Certification in German from Goethe-Institut (Mandatory).
- 1–4 years of experience teaching German, preferably up to B1 level.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written German and English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and virtual learning platforms (preferred).
