Role Description
Responsible for supporting the Skill Qualification Development Department in obtaining industry validation for 200+ Skill Qualifications. The role involves industry outreach, coordination with HR and domain experts, documentation, follow-ups, and tracking of validations to ensure skill qualifications are aligned with current industry requirements.

Qualifications
Draft Skill Qualification outlines (2–3 pages) in Word format as per prescribed guidelines.
Research and gather contact details of relevant industry stakeholders (initial focus on IT–ITeS sector) from multiple sources.
Reach out to industry HR Heads and domain experts via email, sharing qualification outlines and validation formats.
Conduct regular follow-ups through emails and calls to ensure timely responses.
Coordinate and participate in industry visits within Delhi–NCR when invited.
Organise and coordinate industry visits in Kolkata, including internal stakeholder arrangements.
Record, compile, and share industry feedback with the MSU Skill Team for necessary revisions.
Collect completed validation documents and maintain accurate trackers and records.
